INTRODUCTION
Lunch Time Flask Version 1
Here is another Infinite Painter sketch-up, painted up of one of my ( LunchTime Flasks ) below are the stages from start to finish of what I did to produce the Object of mine. The difference between this paint-up
compared to other paint-ups is that here I traditionally sketched my flask with a Biro pen, in a handmade sketchbook, and the outline to the detail of the flask, was used with an additional felt tip pen also, so
I’m going to get into the process stage by the stage from a mentality perspective and an artistic perspective and hopefully, you can take something from my blog.

______________________________________
STAGE 1
I have imported this image of my LunchTime flask into Infinite Painter doing all this on an hour lunch break on lunch break being sketched in black biro pen and Staedtler Think felt tip pen.
____________________________________
STAGE 2
Now I’ve imported this image of my lunch flask into Infinite Painter, beginning to color the texture of the Flask with black Acrylic paint
Brush, where I am aiming to paint a think kind of texture of this image on a separate layer, to build up the picture from the sketched Biro picture into this digital painting of layered process.
_________________________________________
STAGE 3
Here I have continued from stage 2 to where I was using Acrylic paint to paint the flask here I am trying to establish a real foothold between keeping the layer visible, with the image as sometimes the traditional
image can disappear from the screen, maybe it’s the lack of CPU space on my phone or something with the software but this is a very interesting struggle.
_________________________________________________
STAGE 4
Here I am coloring the lid of the Flask, and my mindset here was I wanted to color all parts of the flask to establish a consistency of color on the flask, to when I was ready to do another color, I wanted to establish the shine dull texture first on the flask.
___________________________________________
STAGE 5
Okay moving on from stage 4 here I have used another Layer in Infinite Painter, with the MODE called DARKEN, and I am coloring the background and the foreground of the Flask, and here I was eating my
lunch on the table where I was eating my lunch on top of a plastic bag, as I am keeping my costs low, I chose to most bring food from home, so I am using, and yellow color, here because it was Sunday from the window, the sunlight.
________________________
STAGE 6
Now I’m beginning to get the basic outlines of the color to add more detail, I begin to shade the Yellow brown of the background, because from where sitting although there was sunlight in the Cafeteria, the
the sun was hitting the wall where to eat lunch, which took away from the full effect of the Sun on my Lunch flask, so I am also painting the orange ribbon around the flask lid as this is the mechanism used to my food warm throughout the day.
________________________
STAGE 7
I began to smudge and add more definition and texture to the flask, inside Infinite Painter, there is a SMUDGE TOOL, where you rub whatever paint you are painting on top of your image, in Infinite Painter, you produce texture-painted surfaces like, how I’ve done
below, I’ve also added little details of color, an orange, and a shadow, overlayed on the shade layer, and you can keep adding different types of grey to the layer if you want to so here I’m establishing more texture on top of the painting.
________________________________
STAGE 8
Through completion of this flask painted below, to finish, I just added more yellow, and browns to build the image to more of what you saw in stage 7, just in stage 8, the finishing stages are a compilation of all the stages from stage 1 to stage 7, where I am
building the image with the yellow, brown, and grey shade, just here I am adding more shade using both grey colors and texture colors of the flask, and I appreciate reading my blog I hope you have gained an insight into how I went about my process.

CLOSING STATEMENTS
What I’ve learned so far, from the Digital Paint up, is although I don’t have all the time in the world, I can always use my lunch breaks to be productive in how I can get my practice on an ongoing basis, through sketching, I have learned that painting a traditional image, in painter,
it’s very possible to paint traditionally, within Infinite Painter, but the technical aspect of getting the software on point without many glitches of things playing up is not unusual, but the more I persisted in painting
image, it was worth all the hassle to go through the learning process because I found enjoyment in figuring out the stages in Infinite Painter, and I would say to any of you reading this if you have never used Infinite Painter, use it it a great software and if you have any questions leave a comment and subscribe.

For aspiring or more Traditional Artists who have never used a touchscreen tablet, these are a few screenshots of how I use the stylus pen on my Android phone.
Example of how to use Infinite Painter
I’m just about to use the Program ( Infinite Painter ) to draw a person eating at a lunch table, while on my break and this is what it looks like as a start process, just so you have an idea in case you may not know, I want you to envision that you can do the same thing yourself too.
________________________________________
STAGE 1
Firstly I was really experimenting with sketching the person eating quickly using a thin head brush
__________________________________
STAGE 2
Secondly I got the structure of the table and person eating in line using a thin head brush stroke objects chair, bottle and tables.
______________________________________
STAGE 3
Thirdly I have managed to get the structure of the first start of facial features and hair, with chair front view detail start with tables.
__________________________________
STAGE 4
Fourth stage before got the thin stroke brush, with a white bucket layered filled with white being transparent where the line image with background is lighter than the main character while I am drawing over the person eating lunch.
___________________________________________
STAGE 5
Fifth stage now I have begun add color go I use a separate layer separated by the line black and white image v, this is a thick brush tool used where I have also removed the line underlined layer with all the rough structure of
the image, removed where I am left with the over lined of a clean image with beginning of coloring the sketch to drawing.
________________________
STAGE 6
Continuing from the previous stage I am coloring the image, and now beginning color the character itself, here I had to really paint quickly because the person was leaving so I had to quick paint the clothes.
_______________________
STAGE 7
Now I’ve shaded and colored the background of all the picture with all the objects and between, im keeping all layers between the line drawing and colours separated.

This week’s thought process and reflection on creating a Digital picture of my life’s surroundings. Beyond my working days
through the week, daily my passion is my reality, and it’s not my fantasy.
My efforts to practice, and squeeze time around my day job is a journey as a process
to accepting I am where I am, but I know I want my tomorrow to be a little different.
______________________________________
PART 1) Lunch Time Digital drawing
So from week to week, it can be a challenge when you work through your day and you are so tired when you come home to think about practicing drawing in a sketchbook,
fatigued and mentally drained, you are maxed out Sometimes your body feels so separate from your mind and your desires to be creatively active when you get home. So for me, this is a life long term commitment as I am aiming to figure out the best ways to adapt my lifestyle and my passions into a space of condensed time between my job,
and doing my sketching as a practice, that I feel adds to my creatively indirectly, just from the things I see around myself daily. keeping my skills growing day by day is very important for me to exist whether success is huge or small, I want to remain authentic to this creativity and exploration.
I truly hope these processes that I share with you all, can help you in how you can approach any passion you desire, to squeeze time during your day between fulfilling your potential in the best way for your lifestyle and wherever you are in life. Your future is bright,
your future is ever-evolving, and I hope you can take something from my blogs to hopefully assist in a direction to get you, closer to your destination.

Below here is one of the solutions, I discovered, an Art sketching app on the Google Play store, called (Infinite Painter 7) there’s a Free Version on the Android platform The Free version is still usable, but you are limited by the lack of access to tools in full use that you can use, to fully immerse yourself in the full capacity of the Artwork, and digital drawing that you could do, with this great Art Program in (Infinite Painter) The Full Price of a one-time purchase is (USD 9.99 in the UK) Currency between (7 to 8 pounds.)
If you are looking for something affordable and non-subscription-based with a one-time payment feature use a drawing app on the go during your day, on your way to work, or on going home from work after your day is over.
This is a brilliant app to use and I’m saying this because I use this Vido Stylus pen pp to create some of my drawings Digitally on my Android phone.
So for me, I bought a Touch Screen Stylus Pen from a Company called Vido, and you can get any Stylus Pen from any other company out there online it’s an object shaped like a pen, that has the tip of it, as a material that can touch the screen surface of your phone or tablet, that uses the stylus pen to write or draw with this item on your phone or Tablet.
Below you will see a picture of the Stylus Touch Screen Pen.

STAGE 1
So below I’m using the stylus Pen on my Android phone to draw a starting point of the person eating Lunch across from me in the
cafeteria. As I was eating Lunch, I was overcomplicating the process of keeping things simple until I found my starting point
with the stickman figure I drew, this was the figure below where I found my groove and confidence in my sketch and found my
groove and confidence in my sketch to draw my first line on my phone.
____________________________________
STAGE 2
From the Stickman start as a line, I am now able to add more shapes to the anatomy, from the start of a person sitting on a chair to their
arms being on top of the table, as I am now aiming to make a very basic outline of my subject, In front of me as a sketch, and the
most important thing here is to get the basics of the person eating sketched out quickly before this person leaves the table and goes
somewhere else. The great thing with Infinite Painter is like Photoshop you can have layers to build your sketch up, as you
can see below the forming stages of the stickman developing in front of your eyes.
_________________________________________
STAGE 3
Now I have gotten the basic outlines done before in the stickman form, I have created another layer, where I am using a different
brush tool, to give a thick line to add more definition to this sketch, and here’s my
priority again which is to just get the lines of action done as quickly as possible, not trying to make things perfect, letting the mistakes
come, and learning from the process to become an artist for tomorrow is where I believe you can grow as an artist every day as I am doing the same too.
__________________________________
STAGE 4
Okay here I’ve sketched the subject matter of the person eating in the surrounding area of the cafeteria, and now I feel ready to add
some shade and color in small steps,I know I wanted to sketch this picture better,
but I realize that the effort to at least draw something, is more of an achievement,
than drawing nothing at all, is always a step in the right way going forward in your journey to better yourself as an artist.
I know I love drawing as it is an interest of mine and a life lifelong pursuit more than a passion alone, so as long as you have an
interest in drawing your subject and always learn from others whether looking on YouTube or drawing classes, you can always
get better can always improve with time and practice, here I started to add color to this image on one LAYER for color and another LAYER for shade, painting shadows.
___________________________________________
STAGE 5
Now from before I continued to use the Paintbrush to paint this person eating lunch and from here, I used a COLOR LAYER, with the DARKEN attribute which allows you, to
paint over my sketch while being able to build your colors in an effective way to add more depth to your colors, what I love about, (Infinite Painter),
is that it’s a digital Art Software App like Photoshop, it has the technical capacity to
look traditional in appearance like Acrylic paint has a very thick strong appearance in how it’s used traditionally,
well in Infinite Painter you could easily see a painting and would have the same feel of
the appearance of a traditional medium like Acrylic being used in this digital way
and I feel that the developers of Infinite Painter have done a brilliant job, of
appreciating the traditional
mediums of Fine arts, and putting those values into a digital program,
I can see the developers understand the value of traditional Art drawing, even in a technological world, what’s yesterday old,
never goes out of complete style, as it’s just continuing to evolve, the past the present, and the future all in one, Infinite Painter I
feel is a very good piece of Art Software at a very cost-effective price, where you can draw using a stylus pen on your phone or a tablet
between your day and get some practice, of drawing wherever and whenever you can draw.

CLOSING STATEMENTS
My Closing Statement is my Core because I have a real passion for drawing and a lot of the time during my days,
I tend to try to squeeze as much time as I can
between allocating time for drawing from life on one aspect of my existence, while I maintain a daily job,
which I truly appreciate being there, and I feel duality in life is healthy in general, but I love the challenge.
And yes it may not be easy maintaining your energy and battling between aiming to get a few minutes of sketching during your day
but I feel what doesn’t kill you can only make
you stronger if you have the right headspace to approach progress in the smallest incriminate to larger incriminates over a long period.
An error is a powerful discovery through choosing to draw something in front of you,
I believe it a worse choice to draw nothing at all because you would allow time to pass by with no effort, so, no matter how you feel, if it’s in you to draw, don’t compare your efforts or skills wherever they are in your moments,
understand that beyond trying to make someone else’s efforts, because your efforts are yours to gain and yours to train. If you want to see the finished Sketch in Motion please click the below…..
